Service
We are committed to the greater good and actively seek opportunities to serve others. Through service, students and staff strengthen the school community while growing personally.

Ownership
We take ownership of our school programs, community and facilities. Students and staff are responsible and accountable for their choices and for contributing to the success of Staley High School.

Achievement
We are committed to making the most of every opportunity for personal and academic growth. Staley embraces a culture of authentic learning through asking questions, collaborating, seeking solutions and fulfilling daily commitments.

Respect
We are committed to demonstrating behavior that is considerate of our community, campus, others and ourselves. Respect for the right to teach and learn is essential, and relationships built on open, honest and caring communication help create a positive school culture.

Staley High School Crest

The Staley High School crest is an important symbol of the school’s ideals, history and culture.

The crest was developed in the spring of 2008 by students Matt Cook, Caitlyn Duckworth, Jessica Goldsberry, Derek Hukill, Robert Leslie, Hayley Ostronic, Caleb Rolfe, Samantha Watts and Matthew Zeilmann. They worked under the direction of Staley art teachers Mrs. Chelle Cox and Mr. Steve Gorman, along with Jeff Enger from Jostens.

The crest was unveiled during Back to School activities in Staley’s inaugural year and continues to represent the pride, traditions and spirit of the Falcon community.
